Sanyo’s HIT solar pv modules offer one of the highest conversion efficiencies in the world. The unique hybrid technology solar cells use a combination of monocrystalline and amorphous solar technologies to provide outstanding efficiency, with an excellent sensitivity to lower light levels.

HIT solar cells and modules maintain higher levels of efficiency at high temperatures than their conventional crystalline silicon counterparts.

These Sanyo pv panels need to be used with an MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) charge controller. An MPPT controller will enable the full wattage of the solar panel to be harnessed.

Using a new specially developed production process, Sanyo pv modules require less materials and 75% less energy to manufacture than conventional pv modules.
